Hello all,
Hopefully some people can give some advice on what to do in my situation... the FW and I were hoping to have a fun wedding, where there wasn't as much pressure on people to wear a particular outfit, or fit some of the more bigger wedding expectations. For example, our guys (not just groomsmen as her brother is standing on her side) are simply wearing a tie and shirt, instead of a full blown tux. One of the catches in this is one of "Team Bride" seems to believe that the girls should all wear the same dress, and this is causing a fair bit of stress, as we were hoping that people would go find something more comfortable and just conform to our colours. Not only that, but our flower girl (a 25 year old lady) is apparently in denial about her dress size and is ordering dresses about 4 sizes too small, which highlight her "assests", along with her midsection.
Normally this would be something we could deal with in stride, but wedding pressure being what it is, and d-day being just over 4 months away, the FW is getting pretty stressed, and starting to show it. I was wondering if there were any guys that have been through the same way, and what ways they helped out their FW with de-stressing from the wedding pressure, and if there were any recommendations for both of us. Thanks for all the help!
Nathan
